Simone Leigh’s exhibition at the ICA/Boston (traveling to the Hirshhorn in fall 2023, and to LACMA and CAAM in summer 2024) includes 10 works from Leigh’s historic presentation for the U.S. pavilion of the 59th Venice Biennale, as well as key earlier works and more recent ceramics, bronzes, and videos. The exhibition is accompanied by the first comprehensive scholarly monograph on Leigh’s practice.
