The Kunsthalle is, arguably, Basel’s emptiest exhibition space-and that means something in this capital of minimal art. The admission charge is more than that of the Kunstmuseum (medieval to modern) and Museum fur Gegenwartskunst (contemporary) combined, but a visit to the Kunsthalle generally lasts less than an hour.
