Laurie Anderson: The Weather

Washington, D.C.

The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden

On view through July 31, 2022

In this exhibition—her largest-ever to date—Grammy Award-winning musician, artist, performer, and writer Laurie Anderson presents more than 10 new artworks alongside key works from throughout her career, such as Habeus Corpus (2015) and Handphone Table (1978). Anderson has also painted words and images directly on portions of the Hirshhorn’s curved walls. The exhibition will be accompanied by a series of live performances by the artist from January to July 2022.
