“In Motion” presents a selection from Seattle Art Museum’s significant collection of Alexander Calder’s works, recently donated by Jon and Kim Shirley. The exhibition traces Calder’s career non-chronologically, covering the 1920s through the 1970s, and features the artist’s iconic mobiles and stabiles, along with paintings, illustrations, and prints.
