Sculptor and multimedia artist Motohiko Odani is a leading young voice in the Japanese art scene. He says that he grew up captivated by American cinema, including the horror genre and the films of David Lynch. His other inspiration comes from anime, computer games, and digital media. Odani is highly knowledgeable about digital technology and keeps his eye on current happenings in the international art world.
