On the wall opposite the entrance to Marina Paris’s exhibition, “Taglia Unica,” hung 20 items of children’s clothing, at regular intervals. All painted in the same blue, the garments were plumped and contoured, as if recently worn; paint was irregularly applied; fat drops leaking from the texture of the parallel lines congealed in a Minimalist grid, the modules formed not by abstract elements but by highly evocative ciphers. ln another room, 25 military jackets, painted flesh pink, size 52 (the “one size” of the title), lay scattered around the floor… See the print version of Sculpture Magazine for the full review.
