Part of the National Gallery’s “In the Tower” series, which presents the work of contemporary artists in Tower 3 of the museum’s East Building, “Chakaia Booker: Treading New Ground” includes three large-scale wall relief sculptures employing Booker’s characteristic reuse and reimagining of found tires.
